Power Conditioner

I was looking at Buget power conditioners for 700 watt reciever. I am interested in hearing thoughts on the APC LE1200 1200VA Voltage Regulator.

What's your budget. People will get a better idea. I, myself, use Panamax and Belkin PureAV. I prefer component size power conditioners. It sits nicely on my audio/tv rack.
