There's been this long thread about AV123 and lack of customer focus.
This lack of customer focus also is relevant to Elemental Designs, from what I see.
Why do companies like this just don't care about customers....
So who the hell do they think they are.... they can just proclaim themselves to be so good and they don't even care a **** about the customers...... Perhaps I'm unfair as this not relates to ED but their local distributor, but still he represents ED
I Sent them some questions about making custom sub cabinets some two weeks ago, coz I want to make this now.... no answer at all, and I sent a reminder 4 days ago, and absolute silence....
So companies like this that don't even bother to reply to emails from potential customers should be buried and sent to silence.... in today's world, this is not good enough
So what I have to say to Elemental Designs: Shame on you !
Or more correct: ED local distributor "midgard audio"
