Okay, I'm thinking about building this HTPC using the following:

Thermaltake Mozart VC4000 Case
Thermaltake A2331 MediaLab + Remote Control
Thermaltake W0121Ru 600W Power Supply
ASUS P5Q LGA 775 Intel P45 Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16 GHz CPU
ASUS Xonar HDAV1.3 Deluxe Sound Card
ATI Radeon HD 4850 1GB Graphics Card
LG Super Multi Blue BD/HD DVD Combo Drive x 2
Hitachi 1TB 16MB 7200RPM SATA HDD x 4 (RAID 5)
Corsair XMS2 2GB DDR2 800 MHz RAM x 3
Linksys WMP54GS Wireless-G PCI Card
Windows Vista Ultimate OS
TotalMedia Theatre 3 Platinum

Any thoughts?:D

I don't think myst is gonna run on that.

I'm thinking you're gonna need a lot of fans to keep that much stuff cool, which means noise.

Is this also a gaming rig? The hardware tend to make it look that way. If not I would go with a lower heat output CPU like the AMD Athlon X2. They have several models with only 45 Watt TPD.

Potentially Gaming in the future, but not right now.

What kind of fans do you guys recommend?

Noctua, Scythe S-Flex and Slip Stream M. I'd stick to those.

This case already has 1 Intake fan in the front and 2 exhaust fans in the back. I'm also using another PCI-fan for the PCI area.

I also notice the ThermalTake 600W PSU has a 120mm fan.

Do you guys think I need additional fans?

I think you will be fine with the fans given your hardware. You could even mod 12v fans to run on the 5v rail. They will spin slow, still move air, and be virtually silent.
