Trouble ordering from the OPPO web site?

Anyone having trouble ordering from the OPPO web site?

I've tried about five time to buy one BDP-83 and it says "My Cart is Empty"
I have quantity "1" selected, yet it says cart is empty.
The order form seems a bit antiquated, it didn't recognize me as a past OPPO customer, even though this is my second OPPO player.:(
No customer support on weekends.

Maybe they are out of stock.

You can get free shipping from Amazon. Just saying.

Call them on Monday. If it's available it wouldn't ship until then anyway.

When I ordered mine, they were out of stock. Three weeks later, I got a nice email, followed a week later by a nice box.

Did you see that they were out of stock when you ordered on the web site, or over the phone?

The web site doesn't say 'out of stock'.

It gets a little frustrating when you have $499 burning a hole in your pocket.:D

I went to try Amazon last night; I stopped when I read that it wouldn't ship for 8 to 9 days!
The OPPO site said ships in 24hrs.
So it looks like I'm waiting until Monday.

I ordered from the site on Friday and got a shipping confirmation later that day that my Oppo 83 will arrive on Tuesday.

Call them first thing Monday morning.

I got an email response from OPPO:

Rick,

There is currently an issue with our shopping cart software which will remove items from the shopping cart if you adjust anything in the Shopping Cart. Please try clearing your cache and buying the BDP-83 again. Make no adjustments to the Shopping Cart and click Checkout.
