In-ceiling sub? (DIY job)

What are your guys' opinions on the pros/cons for the three of these things. The more I look at the potential for this project the more it looks like either a ported or sealed enclosure that will be placed between the rear speakers in the ceiling. This will actually be just behind the main seating position. (I'll post a schematic and photos later...)
