I am not sure what edges i should router.

1, 2, 6, and 7 are horizontal front and back for the top and bottom.

What edges do you think I should router?

Thanks

Personally, I say all of them ;)

It is up to you, do it in any combo that you want. Be unique. I would round over the port opening all around though.

Rounded corners are less likely to chip paint. In my home that is a must right now. (kids & toys)

Just keep in mind that if you put a roundover on the inside of the port, and then roundover the outside edges, that bottom peice of the port will not come out to be very round depending on what size roundover bit you plan on using. If very small it will be fine but if its something like a 3/4" then it will be rather pointed. Personally I would roundover everything except the inside of the port opening. Thats what I did for my subs and it came out very nice.

roundover all exterior edges and sand them smooth. I consider roundovers a safety thing. I prefer a nice 1/8th roundover bit. But make sure you get a good bit. MLCS, Whiteside, and a couple others sell high quality bits. bad bits can kill you.
