I know just enough to be dangerous and as I read through the posts; Bob seems to be the most active and (1,000 posts since Feb) I leaned on him for my pre amp decision quite a bit. Hard to explain... I guess I PM Bob and he responds with not only my question answered but other ideas/suggestions as well. He is a busy man on this site!

Agreed, Bill. That's one of the things that I really like about this site: great members like Bob helping others out, as well as great members like 64met that take the time to thank someone who has helped them. It's a really nice community, IMO.

What I am using personally isn't relevant, I don't have the time, space, or funds to afford most of the things I already have, let alone complex systems with active x-overs. Those are for another time and place when I can logically have those things.
