Running new ethernet should i use cat5, 5e, or 6?

welp, turns out its a bad end, i think a wire is trying to pull out of the RJ45... there is a little local PC/prepaid cellphone store right by my house i might see if they will reterminate it for me...

as far as hardware goes, here is my plan...

WAP4400N access point
SD2005 switch
RVS4000 router
QNAP TS-239 Pro

Spend a few bucks get the hardware and teminate it yourself. You are only dealing with A or B standards and its simple to do.

I absolutely hate terminating cat6 because of the plastic cross it has, so for that reason alone I sitck with cat5e, much easier to work with, and less expensive.
