Yes, it is real, it works, ( your definition ) and some have installed it and have pictures at AVS. Do a search for it there.
The cost?
Can you do as well with IB? Most likely. Both needs space behind it: attic, basement.

In order to use the darn thing your whole neigborhood would be slightly PO'd I would imagine. You all have seen and heard the car subs coming and going from inside your houses. Can you imagine what the thing is doing to you next door neighbor. I imagine that the impact on poorly mudded walls and older plaster walled houses in pretty hardcore after a while......your whole whose becomes the cabinet............love to hear it though... I retract my previous post ...........

Yep, it really works and it rocks huge buildings. Here's a thread from long ago with a picture or two of an installation at the Evergreen Museum. It simulates the launch of a Titan missile from a silo!

The guy that created that is Bruce Thigpen and it is most definitely not a scam.
