I have no personal experience with it but this looks like a better deal.

I've heard good things about them. They use ICE Amps. So if you like those then go for it.

I wouldn't expect 1000 watts though. Probably around 800 watts.

I always prefer external amps and crossovers. An Ep1500 which is the Ep2500 just with a different brand from what I've read. bridged combined with a DCX 2496 would be around the same price. And you would get an EQ, High Pass Filter, and Crossover out of the deal. If you have an external amp with good XLR connections you could even use it to integrate your mains with your sub.

IOTW go with the EP1500.

If you want a plate Amp I suggest the O-Audio 500w bash amp. It has an adjustable subsonic filter and a db boost for low frequencies. It gives an honest 380 watts from What I've been told. Don't get the PE version it doesn't have the adjustable filter. Believe me you will want that.

I've heard that amp gets nowhere near an honest 1000 watts.

I know it may sound like a broken record on this thread, but I will repeat myself only for emphasis.

If you want a plate amp get this.

If you want the best bang for your buck amp

Get this and do a price match from B& H to get a nice discount.

Price match with this

I bet you get 230 for a price. Which is cheaper than the O-Audio.

The reason I am asking is because that's the amp my subwoofers have. I was checking out the price of these amps and they're up there. I just wanted to get an idea how much my subs cost to manufacture and the parts that where used on it are of good-highest quality. I know the driver and the passive radiator used in them are around $600.--. Are there better plate amps available or is this one of the top ones. I am trying to figure out production cost on my subs. Both build in mirrow image cost me $3000.00, I guess that's a fair price. They do intergrate.

These are decent amps. Sorry for not understanding.

For a plate amp I don't think you can do much better.

Subs are actually fairly simple to build from what I've seen. Yet for some reason they charge a lot for them. That's an irony of life I guess.

For my own satisfaction and to justify the cost, I have to make sure I got my money's worth. I always look for a good deal. These subs do sound fantastic.

Well judging by the amp selection I would bet they are great subs. Rest assured you made a wise choice.:) Since it's an ICE amp. Perhaps the sub sends chills up your spine.
