I want to make my bland speaker cable (dynex 18 gauge lol) look like some fancy cable. I'm not running particularly long lengths of cable, nor am I really striving for audio perfection, so I would rather not buy more cable of thicker gauge. I have banana compression plugs already, and wanted to see what you guys would recommend for the wire. I did a preliminary check of things that i thought would be necessary, which I attached as an image. Any recommendations or advice? It's only for 2 sets of wires for stereo speakers, probably 3 feet in length each.

I wanted to go banana plugs -> cable pants -> tech flex -> cable pants -> banana plugs, with heatshrink between the pants and flex, and maybe between the plugs and pants.

I asked the original poster through PM to make a list of the products he used, hopefully he will come back and fill that info in... :)
