On Wall speakers

I have just purchased the Pioneer VSX-03thx. I have a Sony BR and Direct TV. Display is a 47" JVC HDTV. My room is 25x14. Viewer position is @12.5...dead center. Lots of back space, but no real way to move the couch farther back.
I am 70% movie and 30% music, but I likes my music! All kinds.
I am really in love with the Paradigms (although the only ones I could demo so far are Millenias). Anyone have good ideas to compare with the cinema 330? Similar price range as well.

Ufortunately yes, unless they are SLIMM towers. I have listened to on wall versions of Klipsch (too "horny"), MA ( Liked them a bit, but very neutral), and BA (thought them boring), and Infinity (same as BA for me...plain).

I own a pair of these which I use for my rear surrounds. Maybe a bit to high priced $1800.00 a pair, but I don't know your budged.

Artisan makes speakers that are on wall or on flat panel. The LRs have the center included and have nice dynamics above 80 hz. Very nice detail in the upper mids and highs.

Mirage

Mirage makes nice satellites that can go on wall. I would recommend the os 3 sats (step up from the nanosat). A sub must be used.

I heard their MMG W at an audio store and I thought they sounded pretty good, they will need a sub though.

Just thought I would throw that out there as one you might want to consider. Of course you should try to listen to them to see it you like the sound.
