Onkyo TX-SR706 HDMI Clipping

Recently bought an Onkyo TX-SR706.

First Impressions:
Thumbs up on the Audio Section ( Even though runs HOT)

Thumbs down on the Video Section- HDMI will not pass Black below Black & White above white ( Checked with DVE pluge & reverse gray ramps). Tweaked every video option with no result.
Called Onkyo Tech Support & the representative did not know what I was talking about.
Anyone with the same problem out there or is my unit defective??

I'm surprised. My 705 does this fine.
