Is it normal to have very little air coming out of the port on kappa perfect build?

Correct. That is one of the primary/important features of a properly engineered ported system. Any substantial air velocity in the port causes low frequency compression and turbulence noise. You should have (1) very little air movement [and] (2) immense levels of ultra clean LF output.

Is their a problem with your subwoofer's acoustic performance?

I get barely anything out of my ports. Unlike many commercial subs the kappa has the right amount of port area so your not going to get any noise or compression.

No the sub is amazing! Its just not much air coming out of the port. I wasn't sure if that was good or bad.

You will need to purchase a fan for increased airflow in your room. Your previous subs can no longer work as fans during movie watching.

I hooked up a different sub to my o audio bash amp and there was a ton of air coming out the port... thats what they call chuffing I guess.
