I would not recommend it, as vibrations over time will not do the amplifier any good. If it is well made and you are lucky, it may never be a problem, but I would not take the risk of sending it to an early grave. It would be better to put it elsewhere.
By the way, from reading another thread, is this the same amp that went up in smoke? If so, I doubt the vibration was a part of that, as it would take a while to cause a problem from some vibrations, unless the amplifier was incompetently made.
