Pb12-plus or dual Sb12-plus's?

What do you guys think? In Canada a pb12 is $1499 while dual sb12's will run $1699. It will be much easier to fit the two smaller subs, rather than the one big pb12, and the idea of a dual sub setup just seems really cool. Let's say there was no difference in price, what would you get? Will the PB out perform two sb's? Or vice versa. Room is 12x19x8.

a PB can probably outperform two SB12's.

if you can't fit the PB, what about the PC?

I just hate the look of cylinder subs. I'm sure I'm not the only one...
And I can fit the pb, it will just look a bit out of place. Like I brought a dishwasher into the living room.

Your room is small enough where power won't be an issue going either way. I would personally go with the PB12-Plus though as it'll play much lower than even dual SB12-Plus subs. And the custom tuning option is fun.:D

I think that the PB is a much better option over the SB12+ in terms of low end output, flexibility and above all that, SQ. They just revamped this sub with a whole new driver and should be a top notch product. Much like the Ultra13, when 3rd party measurements come about, I'll put money up that it will measure incredibly well...

The SB12's are great little performers for music and HT, but don't have the sheer grunt that a ported box tuned low will offer you... I have the SB12 for my son, and its a powerful little monster, but starts rolling off in the mid 20hz range.... perfect for music, but for HT doesn't offer that same power in the rumble zone the PB12 will.... :)

Pb12 it is then. Has anyone found any reviews on the new one?
