SOLD Mint Condition Parasound A-21 Stereo Amp THX Certified

For sale is a mint condition Parasound A21 amp.

I am not the original owner. The original owner purchased it new and had it for about a year. I had originally purchased it to drive a couple of line arrays that I have on pre-order. Looks like it will be a while before I will get those line arrays.

I did briefly use it with my Rockets (RS1Ks). I must have put, maybe 4 hours of use on the amp at the most. Otherwise it’s been just sitting there without any use at all. The Rockets are driven by my MPS-2.

Visually in pristine condition and the same sonically as well. I have the original packaging material and everything that came with it.

Have been a member here for a while but haven't posted much. I am also on some other forums. References from Ebay (135+ 100% postive long standing) and other forums/emails from past high $$ sales for either audio or photography equipment can be provided on request.

I hope you don't mind dgshtav (but I don't think that you will), but I wanted to mention something that I found while perusing the product page from Parasound - this amp was reviewed by AH (link) and named as an AH product of the year in 2004 (link).

I don't think Parasound transfers warranties. But there might be secondary market warranty options. I think Mack probably offers one www.mackcam.com. Anyone interested might want to contact them and see if they offer warranties on used equipment (I believe they do on photography, but am not sure about used audio).

As for the reviews and ratings, I will say that it's been well received and is a facorite among professional home theater installers.

Beautiful amp. I've got one powering my Dali MS-4's and it has gobs of clean power and runs quite cool. If I end up selling my Anthem at some point, I'll definitely get another Parasound for my Studio 100's.
