I have (2) mint condition 12" LFM-1 Pluses for sale. I have the original boxes, literature, and etc. In fact, I have not even taken the paper off of the tops! Chances are, I will also include the Grammas. If interested, please contact me via a PM. Prefer to sell them together, but may consider splitting them up. Only serious inquiries please.

Cheers,

Phil

Final Update!!!!!!!!

Folks, here is my last and final offer for my LFM-1 Pluses. Please do NOT contact me in an attempt to get a lower price as I simply will NOT!! Take it or leave it. I will, however, be glad to include both Grammas in the price AND I will split the shipping on the Pluses with you within the US. My final offer is as follows:

$865 for both the LFM-1 Pluses AND the Grammas. I will also pay the shipping on one of the LFM-1 Pluses. If interested, please contact me via a PM for further details. Thanks!!!!!

Cheers,

Phil

Update!!!!!!

Folks, I have decided to keep the same offer above with the exception of the Grammas. That is, if the buyer(s) wants the Grammas, then he will pay extra for them. In other words, my Pluses will NOT automatically come with the Grammas. Contact me for details if you are seriously interested.

Cheers,

Phil

A few questions...

I can't PM yet, so here's a couple questions...

Do you know if the warranty will transfer to the second owner? Do you know of the warranty period? I've got a call into Outlaw, but have not heard back, so I figured I pose the question to you.

Do you know if anyone has done some FR plots of these units similar to the SVS, DIY, etc. boxes - outside, not including room bumps?

I'm interested in possibly both units, but haven't made a final decision yet. Thanks for any info you have.

Hi Tim. To be honest, I am not really sure if the warranty is transferable or not. The original warranty is 3-years parts and labor. The LFM-1 Plus is essentially the same sub as the Hsu VTF-3 MK II which has been discontinued. However, the LFM-1 Plus has a very pretty glossy black top on it. If you buy both, I will throw in some extra goodies for you. Let me know. Oh, not sure of any third party measurements, but the Tom Nouissane list is a great place to look. Sorry, but I don't have a link or I would provide it for you. Perhaps, another member here can help on that. As a former SVS PB10-NSD, PB12-NSD, Hsu VTF-3 MK III, and now the Oulaw Audio LFM-1 Pluses, I preferred the VTF-3 MK III by a small margin. However, the looks of the Pluses get my nod. All of these subs were great. Here are a few pics for you.

Cheers,

Phil

I found some threads on Outlaw's forum (their own site) that indicate all their equipments' warranties transfer. I'll confirm with them directly. When were these units originally purchased? (that's when the warranty starts)
I'll look into the ground plane outside frequency response measurements. The other unit I'm considering is a single (to start with) PB12-NSD.

Thanks.

Tim, these were purchased 5/20/08 and 6/05/08 respectively. I will be glad to sell one of them if need be. However, I can give you a better deal if you were to buy both. Not to mention, throwing in some extras that you will find useful. ;);)

Cheers,

Almost up to PM status!

What's you personal (try to be unbiased :) ) opinion of the PB12-NSD versus the Outlaw units? I'm also very interested in lows and know these spec out similar on paper (18Hz tune ability).

Overall, I prefer the sound of my Pluses. That is why I sent the PB12-NSD back. ;);) However, both are impressive either way.
