Hang in there. It ain't easy but you can do it.
Heck, I gave it up dozens of timers until I finally got it right.
Use whatever means works for you but two thingg I might add.
1) You have to really, really want to do it for yourself. If you do it because someone else wants you to, or you just think it's the right thing to do, it won't work. No half-assed justifications will work. You have to really, really want deep down inside to do it, and be ready to make a full commitment.
2) No matter how many times you tell yourself you can handle it, you can't have just one.
FWIW, what finally did it for me was hypnosis, and even that took three tries.
