Well as some of you may remeber I had a little problem wit a Westinghouse lcd 32 inch. A black line on he right side. And a bright line on the left. After arguing that its not burnin and not covered by the warranty, I finally won! Dork Squad came out said it was burn in, Dork Squad came out again said it was NOT burnin.

Dork squad came to replace the panel. The new panel had the same prblem plus frozen pixels. The Dork Squad came out and said "well looks like you get to upgrade"!!

WOO HOO!!

So I guess that Best Buy is not that bad after all

Maybe, but like insurance companies they make all customers jump through hoops to get what they deserve.

So I guess I should be happy my Westinghouse hasn't had any issues to date.:)

My Westy took a crap after about 2.5 years also. I had the protection plan for four years, so since they couldn't replace the motherboard which was bad, they gave me a credit for their store. $375 later, I have a brand new Samsung 52" LCD.

They aren't that bad if you know what you want and find the deals and don't let them sell you any monster brand crap, or blows!

I bought a music CD from Best Buy for a Christmas gift and when I peeled the $13.99 Christmas price label off the price below was $9.99. That's why I usually shop at Fry's or online.
