I'd pickup the pies Tuesday morning and then they'll have to sit in my car till Wednesday. It will be cold though (I'm up north right now, ugh I hate the cold).

Pick it up Tues night and it will be fine. Pumpkin and pecan will hold up well but any custard pies will need refrigeration.........

So apple is a no go?

Haha. I'm going to crash at a friends house on Wednesday night though and she always has a stocked refridgerator. It's gunna be like the that episode of the Simpsons where if Homer eats the last bit of pie he has to go to hell.

It is going to be admittedly hard, especially with pumpkin pie. Plus it's going to be cold out up north so I'm not going to want to go walk to get something to eat.

Wife went shopping in Manhatten this weekend. Then she was on the train yesterday (Penn Station to Huntington) coming home. The Train de-railed.
