It was posted Friday, which is when the deals start. Pricing generally good until the following Tues, which would be today.

I don't know if they are part of the deal or not, or possibly next week's ad, but there are a number of BD titles listed at $12.99 this week.

I am one of the people that is waiting for them to go on sale... but unfortunately it is indeed NOT on sale... so why is it in the list? Was it for instore only? Because there online site still shows them as $299 each and I didn't see anything about them going on sale in their ad which you can view online...

Sales can be regional and in-store only. If it doesn't specifiy, but the price isn't the same online, then it is in-store only and may not be available in your area. Note too that the sales usually only last a few days or until stock is out and the next time they get them in they will be the regular price. They go on sale every month or so at that price.

Some of the sales prices are only good for a specific day, some for the weekend only, some Friday-Monday, and other Friday thru Thursday. And all that can be in the same ad. You have to check the ad itself to see when the specific items your looking for sale price expires. Generally, IME, with Fry's sales it's best to act quickly.

Hmmm... I never bothered with their website, as the shipping prices are usually too high.

There's an internal SATA Blu-Ray ROM drive for $79.99 after $20 mail-in rebate. I guess it's a Lite-on, as there's no brand name given.

That's not a bad deal at all.

I'm also tempted by the Panda. I was going to drop by after work. However, I just got an e-mail from Blockbuster Online saying the Panda has shipped. So, I will decide if I wish to purchase it by Tuesday.

They need to drop the price for that Amp100. I paid less for the Amp300 (thanks to you ). I don't know if I am willing to wait in those lines...Frys is one of the worst places to be on Black Friday around here because the deals are so good.
