Siggy and Avy problem

I've used plenty of vBulletin powered forums before, but for some reason the normal signature edit section under the User CP is missing and when I go to Edit Avatar it just lets me see that I have no image and says I can save or reset fields. Is this some special thing this particular forum has locked until a certain post count or something or should it be working?

I think that it's five posts, but it might be 10.

Throw down some gibberish posts in this thread if you want so that you can get enough to update your sig and avatar. I don't think that anyone would mind, but if they do...Mike will delete them. No harm, no foul.

you don't see "Edit signature" or "edit avatar" on the left side of your control panel?

even spammers can get sigs in at their 6th post. i just banned one last night.

Nope, I don't have the signature but I do have the avatar one. It won't let me change anything though.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's there now! Must've been a delay in the system or something.
