I'd really like to see an XPA-2 review, this looks like a groundbreaking product.....

If you bridge these guys..... The closest I can think of is Electrocompaniet Nemo which is around $20k, and if the XPA-2 may get to 95% of the performance of those amps....... :D

I have listened to some of those extremely powerful Electrocompaniet amplifiers, and the one thing that strikes me about large bridged amps like the Nemo is that they sound sweet and very musical, and when you need some power..... IT'S RAW AND BRUTAL
Tori Amos sounds sweeter than ever before, while Underworld makes you gasp for air.... It's raw force....

I got a Krell Amp now, but I'm very tempted to try out XPA-2......

I just got mine hooked up!

Had to chase it to the FedEx distribution center tonight...

It's em... 19in deep. +Banana plug = doesn't quite fit... I'll shift it to the left after I'm done playing with it. Thank you to Isaac Asimov's Fondation series for the much needed support...

Man those Emo amps sure are sexy! The brushed aluminum sides along with all that black and the pretty blue lights; the Jessica Alba of electronics.

I love my LPA-1. But now I'm a bit jealous. My back was already sore when I got mine, and lifting that beast into my cabinet didn't help. It BARELY fits. Luckily I have an extra deep cabinet that is about 21" deep to go with my old RPTV.

I kinda wonder why Emo made them so big. I love the weight though. When it showed up at my work, I kept telling everyone that walked by my cube to pick it up. :D

But more importantly, How does the XPA-5 perform

Just wondering, how may Emotiva possibly sell the products at those prices, unreal......

sorry guys but I just got the Denon separates in and have limited time to review them before I have to send them back so the Emo amp will have to be second in line. I should have the Emo review done in May provided I get the sample sometime in early April.
Was the XPA-5 ever reviewed by Audioholics?
