1) Double and triple check all of your wires and connections. Always sounds silly, but SO many times, it's just a wire that's come loose somewhere.
2) Have you possibly moved any furniture or brought a new object into the room? Any changes to the environment (the room) can have a larger impact on the sound than you may think.
3) How are the speakers coupled or decoupled to/from the floor? Check your spikes/feet/stand. I once had a speaker that used fairly tall rubber feet on its bottom. I have medium carpet in my room, so I really didn't see, but somehow one of the back feet got "crushed" and that made the speaker more directly coupled to the floor and also changed the angle a little bit. Sounds like such a small thing, but it honestly changed the sound.
4) Double and triple check your receiver's sound mode and setup settings. They may have accidentally been changed or reset.
