I had to share this victory story!
So I'm still building the HT setup and the next thing on my budget list were SEATS - well as we all know, scoring some theater seats is something that tends to hit the pocket book pretty damn hard....in fact, it can obliterate anyone on a tight budget like me!
So I visited the furniture stores, online stores, I even looked at some lounge chairs at Target - ALL of them were stupid-expensive.
Then my wife hits up CRAIGLIST.com and finds a set of three in a nearby town.
Well, I took a look at the pictures and immediately I thought: "If it too good to be true, it prolly is."
Well, we must have been the exception to the rule, cuz here's a pic of them in my HT-room.....all three for $600!!!!!
(Full leather, faux-wooden plastic cup holders, 1 center chair, with two wedge+armrest outer seats, full recline!)
As soon as I get the room all configured, I plan on posting the final product, but I had to share, what I consider, a HUGE victory for the DIY HT gig!
