Raising Speaker Stand

Anyone know what I can put under a speaker stand to raise it a bit? I have the B&W stand, but I'd like it about 5" higher..I think the SQ would be a tad better.

Just be creative and think of something that may blend in with your setup. Or buy 2"x4" lubder, make a base, paint it, and you have it! Whatever it is make it broader/wider than the stand base to ensure you have good support.

Auralex MoPads are what I used. A little expensive for what you want to do, but they work very well: http://www.auralex.com/sound_isolation_mopad/sound_isolation_mopad.asp Paving stones would work too

You can't use a B&W stand with a Totem speaker it will sound totally messed up dude

That's not true, B&W stands will add chocolatty smooth mids....
