Normal Out vs. High Out?

On my preamp, I have two outputs going to my power amp, a High Out and a Normal Out. What's the difference?

Look in your pre and amp manuals. I suspect "normal is 1 Volt full modulation, and that the high is 5 volts full modulation. You most likely need the 1 Volt, that is typical. A lot of manufacturers in the consumer realm do not keep to standard conventions, so you need to read your manuals. Choose the output that is closest to the amp inuut voltage for full modulation.
