I have an STF-2 that I picked up recently. Unfortunately for me, I have not really been able to utilize it in my setup and due to some reconfiguring I am doing in the living room I will no longer have a receiver with a sub-out. So, I have to unload the STF-2. I'm looking for 300 shipped. I don't have the original boxes but I will ensure that it gets double boxed and packed with plenty of padding.

Thanks

Chris

I'm not sure if the STF-2 has high (speaker) level inputs, but if so, you could run the signal to your mains through it and still use it. Folks w/out sub outs and/or bass management via their receiver use this and it works just fine.

Not sure if that's something you'd considered, but in case you haven't, food for thought... -TD

Tom,

You are right. It does have high level inputs. I guess I am in even less pf a rush to sell this now. I'll honor my offer to sell since I put it out there...but I won't budge on the price now that I know I can still use it.

Thanks Tom! I didn't know what those were for...

Moral dilemma! Do I pick up one of the subs on my short list for a heck of a deal and screw guy trying to do the right thing? Or do I go for the karma points?

Enjoy your sub ivseenbetter, I'd feel guilty every time I looked at it ;)
Besides my daughter really wants a scamp. It's named after her favorite book :p

Personally I think your well within you rights (man law and all) to pull your ad without recourse.

Thanks Chunky Dark. I'm glad you understand where I am coming from. At this point the add has been out there long enough and I am happy to say that I will be keeping the sub no matter what. I have swapped out receivers and used the the other connection and I am happy with the setup. Wouldn't dream of parting with it now. :)

No worries...it all worked out. I got great use out of it when I firt received it and now I am getting good use out of it now under my new setup too. Thanks though, I know you would have hooked me up with the right info if I had mentioned it. ;)
