New system but low dialog

I just recently purchased a Harmon/Kardon AVR-347 with Klipsch Quintet SL speaker set and Klipsch Synergy sub. I also used 14 guage speaker wire to hook it all up. The receiver came with a mic to auto set up all the speakers. I used it and everything sounds excellent except I noticed that I cant hardly hear when its just dialog. I gotta turn it up more. I did notice that all the front speakers look all the same. There seems to be no dedicated center speaker. I took the grills off all of them just make sure and also looked at the instructions but nothing. Is there anything I can adjust to bring out the dialog more?

The 3 main L/C/R speakers being the same is a good thing. This is not always possible, so manufacturers make a center channel the is horizontal.

Try calibrating manually using a SPL meter from Radio Shack.

Since most dialog comes from the center channel, you could just go into the setup menu and raise the center channel level a couple of db.
