4 hours to charge a vehicle with 1000 mile range? That would be awesome assuming it's not pulling a full 20 amps...

Once again, however they feel the insatiable need to make it look STUPID. Heaven forbid anyone makes an affordable GOOD LOOKING vehicle that runs on something other than gas...

Very cool. I wonder how loud the internal compressor is. If it's like my neighbor's compressor that he uses to fill his tires with air, heaven help him if he tries to run something like that for four hours a day.

Now if they could get 1000 mi range out of a refill, that is something. Count me in. Need a new car:D

Muffler is the answer. :D No real need for it at home.

With the right setup, one could hook into the motor to nail on some siding or put up a fence, paint the house, clean out your keyboard...a million uses for this car! :D

Excellent point! Plus, this might be the first car that could inflate its own tires when they get low.

I gotta say, I'd like one of those things. It's a pretty cool idea, and I think that it beats battery packs hands down. That, and it's under $13k. The Tesla car looks cool, but at over $100k, I'd never get one.

Thanks! Yep, that's Niki. The photo is about two years old, but she still looks the same (just a little wider...she loves treats, and I'm weak).

Or use the air to power a hammer that hits things out of a tube. Like a paintball, or nail. When gas hits 2.50/l here, I will sell my civic and buy a diesel scooter.

The Sparrow. Nice. I've never seen one of those before.

While it is small, for sure, at least that one is bright yellow and pretty easy to see. I'd say that it's safer than riding a motorcycle on the highway.

This really looks like the nicest car ever, probably not from the design office of Pininfarina or Giugigaro....

You don't want to crash in any of those cars from India because you will be :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
And is this a prototype that will never ever be practical?.... or just about 45 years of development left to make it work properly?
