Finally got around hooking up the Klipsh outdoor aw-650 and aw-800 subwoofer. Just powering it with zone 2 from Yamaha rx-v2600 reciever, it sounds incredable. The speakers have full range , the added sub helps. I would highly recommend these speakers to anyone.

yamaha and klipsch outdoor speakers

i listened to both yamaha and klipsch outdoor speakers today at buy..not sure of the models, butt he yamahas were 80 and the klipsch were 300. both of them didnt sound near as good as the $70 insignia speakers, which are best buy's store brand. they only had a 5.25 inch speaker and were rated at 125 watts, which I need more power. unfortunately they dont make a biger more powerful model so i am still looking, but they sounded very good, especialy for the price. Has anyone heard anything about Pyle outdoor speakers? I found a nice pair (basing on the specs) and want to see if anyone has heard them.
thanks

I just got a pair of Klipsch AW-650's as well

Hi,
I just had a pair of 650's installed today. I really liked how they sounded (after one listen only) Can't wait to spend a little time outside with them this weekend.
