I am looking for small speaker wire grommets for 5/8 " drywall. I am having trouble finding small grommets that can be used on an exterior wall and I was wondering if anyone ahd any suggestions?

Just squirt some RTV silicon caulk in to the hole.

Home Depot and Lowes in the electrical section (or buy them singly in the misc hardware section with nuts and bolts). I use grommets for the surround speakers but that is interior drywall. It would probably work about the same if the exterior wall is concrete or brick providing the hole is deep enough to press in the grommet.

well this is for the ceiling, on the second floor so it is easy to route the wires, and used coaxial crimps. I was afraid that the drywall would crumble that is why I was thinking of grommets. My system goes to the closet and that is where I am routing everything. Also put ethernet internet connection in each room and phone. Routed back 3 usbs from the bedroom so I could have keyboard and mouse and keep the computer in the closet. Looking to route a svideo cord so I can have the computer in the closet as well. It will be a crazy system if everything works out and I can make it look good. Anyone know a good router or switch?

I use a NetGear WPN824 router and it works well. I've always used NetGear and haven't had any problems.

I also have a LinkSys 5 port switch in the wiring closet to tie all the other rooms to the router that is in my office.
