New and Looking For Good Mid Grade Speakers

Ok, I'm looking for some good, around midgrade Tower Speakers. And was looking to them for around 250 each or so. I was reading around I was looking at the Athena, Ls series, or the Energy, C- Series. So, what do you guys think of those and do you guys have any other suggestions. Oh, we do about equal amount of music, movie, video gaming playing. Maybe a good sub, too. Thanks.

Are Polk or INFINITY speakers any good?

The question is have you listened to or heard polk or infinity? Did you like them? Are they in your price range? If you answered yes to any of these then you are on your way. Many people have many opinions about polk and infinity, but as long as they sound good to you my friend thats all that really matters. Listen to as many speakers as you can before you buy is always the way to go. Best of luck in your speaker hunt.

I recommend starting with listening to speakers below your price range and then working your way up to what you can afford and stop there because if you start listening to higher end speakers then whats in your price range wont sound as good anymore and you'll end up with 3300 dollars worth of speakers that you'll love but over your budget
