Onkyo 605 Brand New in Box - never opened.

I was helping an employee of mine build a Home Theater and they got cold feet after I had ALREADY ordered a Brand New Onkyo 605 from Tiger Direct. I can't use the receiver in my current setup and would like to sell it. I'll take a loss on this piece and let it go for $300.00 plus shipping.

It is BRAND NEW IN BOX and NEVER OPENED. I will be out of town until April 29th, and cannot ship until May 1st.

That's a good price. You should try returning it at CC or 6thAve for at least store credit. It'ld be worthwhile in my book but if not, someone jump on this. I thought I got a nice deal at 391+tax new in box from 6th ave

Tiger Direct should have a 90 day return policy so you can hopefully recover your initial cost.

I purchased a Harman Kardon AVR 247 and my remodel took me past the thirty day return date so I cannot return mine and will have to sell it somehow; new in the box!

The box has never been opended, I'm guessing it has a full manufacter warranty? It's brand new in box.

If the box is not opened then try returning it to Tiger Direct. Do you have the receipt or e-mails from the transaction. The fact that it's not opened should work in your favor.

Long time browser of these forums from New Zealand - first post however.

I'm interested in purchasing the 605, assuming the freight cost isn't too outrageous.

I'll be looking to pair it with a sub sat set up - probably the KEF KHT 3005SE or their older 2005.2 model.

If you're open to checking out freight from your end, please suggest a method of making contact, so I can arrange payment etc.
