i have a problem. in my zeal to brace the crap out of the box ... i ended up doubling the walls instead of bracing the walls ... now i have a net volume of 3.05 cubic feet instead of the targetted 3.5 cubes.

never mind, opening them BACK up literally + .48 cubes back again

panels for the front - old school - drill a million holes around the circumference of the driver

i got scared because people said even 200+lb. subwoofers with PR's up top tap danced.

right now, i think i'm only at the 200lb. mark. ill try to install everything today ... EP2500 on the way ... ill play with it first before i do any finishing - just in case.

Looks like an DD1812, but built in a cave. Sorta like the First Ironman suite.

Can't wait to see it complete.

uh oh, there's air leaking out of the PR - from the sides, like the PR isn't flat to the baffle ... will try to fix it later/tomorrow

in case you guys have some ideas for:
cutout too big? too small?
or how to make a flange?

please chime in

Nice Barong. :D

My wife's Pinay, so I only have one nice Pineapple one that I wear to weddings and stuff.
haha, thanks ... i wear the same thing to work, but the guy in the pic is my older BUT smaller brother ... figured it should show the sub to be a bit bigger :D

except for being hard to wear (tears easily) i like the pineapple barongs because there's no tie to wear ... just a shirt and pants :)

you can't imagine how many million times i had to learn to tie a tie. pretty much every occasion ... i just delete it from my memory right after the wedding or what not.

how is it comming along? Any other pressure leaks? Looking good;)
i missed a tiny part the first go round ... caught it the second time. i changed the tuning during the second "opening" because i just wasn't seeing the PR move (i tuned higher). now im thinking i should bring it back down to max.
