So, what's wrong with your amp?
I have two of their amps, an RPA-1 and an IPS-1. The RPA-1 works great and gave a noticeable improvement over the performance of my receiver - although I did have to get my first unit replaced because it was defective. The IPS-1 is the one that kinda bothers me. The unit itself hums. It does it in standy mode or when powered up. I can hear it over the sounds of a movie if there's a quiet passage or just conversation. The performance of the amp is just fine, don't get me wrong. The hum bothers me, but I'm sensitive to those things. Other people might not even notice it. My frustration was more with the company than the unit due to their lack of communication (several "He'll call you back"s...but no contact) when I wanted to get it replaced, but I gave up trying to contact them back in December and decided to just move on.
Just one customer's comments, mind you. I don't recommend them to my friends, but other people are happy with them.
