PS3 seems to be the way forward...

If you are looking to play a lot of quality games then the Xbox 360 is for you. If you watch a lot of movies then a PS3 is a really good purchase because of the Blu-Ray and all the extra bells and wistles that come with it but IMO is lacking in good games (there are a few). If you like to play games with a lot of people or have a family with a bunch of young kids then defenitly the Wii.
