That thing is sick, I don't think my sheetrock could take that kind of pounding, it has trouble now with what I have. Not to mention the pounding on my head from the little woman...

I do remember the TC Sound's PRs being rather expensive. Assuming you can find them, could you integrate a PR from another manufacturer? -TD

tomd51, in theory, the PR is just a port ... even the ported subs dont care if you use slots or pipes :) - but i guess you'd need a whole lot of non-TC PR's to even match the output of the TC actives.

Read to the end of that thread, someone had some idea's for different PR's for cheaper.

I am really torn at which design to go with ported or sealed...

Knowing how cool, a ported design tuned low can be for HT, but how intricate and controlled a sealed sub be... Its quite a commitment...

Thanks Mike, that's what I thought, I just wanted to make sure... -TD

You know the world is going to hell when a company like TC Sounds can't survive.

It's actually quite incredible how much high quality customer service can help when there's an issue....

Which means I think these are horrible examples of the opposite. Doesn't help much to have great drivers if Customer Service is crap :eek::eek:

This just depresses me... :(

It's just a shame seeing a manufacturer of such quality products going away for good... -TD
