I have a pioneer head unit in my truck now and I hate it. It doesn't eject cds right. I don't think I'll ever buy one again. I like to get a touchscreen just to have it and I really don't know much about them other than they are cool.

Yeah, they are cool. Really the only purposeful functionality touchscreens add is for your navigation system. It's also handy with other functions, but, that's the big one. One thing I can say about them is that they seem to last a long time. I've had all kinds of headunits, and the touchscreen ones have always lasted a long time for me. That's a Kenwood KVT-911 in that truck, I have a KVT-915 in my dad's truck... I think both of those have been replaced by newer units. I still like that 911, I can't imagine how cool the newer ones are.

Which option package does the emergency eject button come with?

:p
Haha, it comes with the Paxton NOVI-2000 supercharger option. ;) That's a timing retard knob. That's why I needed the stereo, damn blower whine. ;)

Well I'll forgive you if you have a S/C hemi.:p How much boost are you running? Have you dyno'd it?

I'll have my system complete by the end of the week when the new box arrives for the 10's. Also getting a BatCap installed since my amplifiers can draw up to 100 amps.

It's the older 5.9L. I chassis dyno'd it a while back and it made something like low 400's running 8-lbs of boost, torque I remember was over 500ft-lbs, I forget at what rpm. It's supercharged (Paxton NOVI-2000 - a lot bigger than I needed, but, the outlet temp is significantly cooler because of that) and aftercooled (a modified Vortech air-water charge cooler). It has some other modifications along the way too (transmission, new fuel system, different computer, exhaust, air-intake is a pipe down by the front bumper) though.

It runs pretty good ... in a straight line, haha.

I have the 5.7 hemi in my Jeep, but that's stock. ;) I'm selling it this summer and I'm either going to get another Jeep 5.7L or maybe a Toyota 4Runner.

I put in a big capacitor/distribution block that helped a lot. I'm also using a deep cycle battery, since I don't drive it enough anymore.
