How to use 2 projectors

Here is my problem, I have two units.

Optoma H31 and Panasonic AE2000U.
I want to use both via HDMI.

H31 for DVD and TV the Panasonic for HD.

I figured I could get both working off the RXV3800.
But I was wrong, when I pipe component out to the H31 I only get the Yamaha back splash. Probably because all my devices input as HDMI.

So here is my question.

How can I get both projectors to work off HDMI?
All the splitters like the gefen 1:2 are HDMI 1.2 does this even matter?

Does the RXZ11 offer true simultaneous HDMI monitor outputs?

I seriously doubt the 1.2 switcher would matter until you get HD discs with deep color on them.
