Questions mounting bookshelves on a wall

So,

I just picked up 4 Polk RTi4's and a CSi3 for $350 total at Frys. They are practically giving these beautiful speakers away. Is there any hardware out there that mounts to the wall and holds bookshelf speakers that don't have any built in mounting hardware? Also, I need a way to mount my CSi3 on top of a 40" LCD. Is there a stand I can buy so I can rest the speaker on the top of the TV, or should I just settle with leaving the speaker on the dresser the TV sits on?

For the center maybe you could mount a shelf? I currently have one these from Ikea above my plasma and it works great. Very sturdy and can hold a good amount of weight.

We paid $12 for each and they come in a lot of colors. The mounting hardware is concealed so it looks like it just sticks out of the wall.

I use these to to hold up my PSB Image 1Bs (now B15s) nad they work really well.

I have these brackets and they work great. If you are worried about the speakers falling from the brackets, don't secure them with screws, just use some velcro.
