wire question

I have Kimber kable 4vs (2) - (black and grey 4 each) bi-poled to each front l/r speaker (used for both audio and home theater). I have enough cable to double up to 2 8vs bi-poled each front l/r speaer. I have the power to push it but is it worth chopping up the cable to find out.? Any info or other suggestions appreciated.

Chop up the cable how, what do you mean?
Do you mean that it is plenty long, you can cut it in half to double it up?
Well, if it is just sitting there coiled up, making a mess, then by all means, cut it in half, double it up and you will have a neat wire run.
Either way, I would not expect any audible differences.

have about 20 ft to each speaker, only using 8, thinking about cutting it in half. Worth it, or should I invest otherwise? btw they're just pushing paradigm studio20 v3s

If by Bipole you mean bi-wired, don't bother. There is no proven difference, nor is the difference audible to the human ear. I say cut it in half, and run the extra to another speaker.

Electrically there is a proven difference, unfortunately I don't understand it as it goes far beyond my electrical understanding. Audibly, most often if not always, there is no audible advantage to buy-wiring.

If you don't think you will need the other 12 feet of that wire in the future, say you move someplace else and need longer wire, then, it is only your time you are investing in the experiments
Cut it in half and have fun. Just make sure with all those wires you don't cause a short someplace.
