I don't know where to post this, I hope this is OK.

I've had a couple questions regarding an order I recently placed. Got a few answers and was told (on Friday) that someone would get back to me Monday. As of 7:20 PM ET today, I have not received any reply. I have sent two replies requesting more info (one on Monday, one today).

Anyone else with trouble contacting them? Or know if they're having some kind of trouble with something?

Thank you. I'm guessing it's a little late tonite. If I don't get a response tomorrow, I'll definitey send a PM.

Guess you gus are having beter luck than me. I sent emails and pm last friday morning and still have no response. It's only slightly frustrating.

Feel free to send another e-mail. It may have got lost (maybe).
