Can Speaker Wire be in runs with Cat5e and Coax?

Just finishing wiring the basement and have a home theater system in the family room and down on the other end a bar. The bar will tie into the receiver via a vol control in the bar area. From the bar to the in ceiling speakers will be other wire. My question is in the over head runs back to the receiver from the vol control can I use the same runs as my coax for dish and my cat5e for the computer/phone? I know to stay away from regular electrical runs but didn't know if my speakers or the tv/phone would cause interference for the other application. Thanks - Brazoo

AC lines are the only problem. Run the wires in conduit, so you can easily swap them out as technology changes.
