help needed for cable choice

Both cables are from monoprice.com.

1) 1.3a 2 certified CL2 with net jacket (10ft) selling for $16.63

2) 1.3a 2 certified CL2 rated silver plated copper 24awg (10ft) for $23.85.

Why the one more expensive that the other? I need to buy the hdmi cables.

It looks like the second one has a silver plated copper conductor.
Out of the two, I'd get the first, and cheaper one.

As Rick mentioned. 10 ft is not a long cable at all to worry.
