Dear members: I'm considering to set a home theater system for my family within the next month. The room is 15' x 18'. After reseaching below is what I would to consider:

1. RBH MC-6C L/R
2. RBH MC-616C (for center)
3. RBH MC-815 (ceiling mount rear L/R)
4. HSU VTF 3 MK3

I would like to get either Denon or Onkyo but I thought until I figure out what speaker system I would get then decide the model of the receiver to go with after that. One decision at a time.

Any comments/thoughts would be very appreciated. Thanks,

RBH always gets good reviews on this website and are highly regarded. Have you heard the speakers you mentioned?

Welcome 1954, what Mazer's trying to say is that they're a little harder to drive. The Denon/Onkyo receivers shouldn't have a problem in your room. Nice setup btw.

When the speakers are harder to drive, is this a good or bad thing?? Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Should I consider another setup that will be better or comparable? I do not want to opt this set up and later have regrets.
Thanks.

It could be detrimental if you were cranking it very loud at full range to those speakers, But since you'll probably be x-ing them over @ 80 Hz and playing at moderate levels, I'd consider this a very small concern.
