Shorten speaker wire

I was wondering if I should shorten my Mains speaker cables. They are Mirage M3si hooked up to a Denon 3808 and have some high dollar Quantum I speaker cable. The speakers are Bi-amped from the amp using the 2 hook ups. I was just wondering if I should shorten them to 1. Cut the distance and 2. clean up the coiled up wire. My amp and equip are in an under tv rack in the middle of the 2 mains. Thanks

Sure but quit spending large amounts of money on wires
