Congrats on your purchase. I figured you were gonna fall in love with them. I'm one of PSB's biggest fan boys and simply love their sound. You will not find a speaker in their price range that will lay out a better soundstage. If you like classical music, try picking up Tchaikovsky's violin concerto in D. This piece of work is a real acid test on a speakers treble reproduction and the B15s excel here. I own the older 1Bs and have them as my surrounds while using T45s as my fronts.

Congrats again. :)
Thanks for the recommendation, I like all types of music. Last night I had a session of bluegrass; banjos sound excellent on the PSB's. Soundstage, detail, and imaging are unbelievable for a speaker in this price range ($500.00/pr. for the T45). I could hear the banjo players pick striking the strings, and on a jazz piece I could hear the trumpet soloist blowing into the horn.

My setup is similar to yours, T45 for mains, C40 for center, and B25 for rears. The rears are not connected yet, so I'm using my original rears by Sony. I will connect the B25 as mains tonight and see how they sound, if they sound like everyone tells me they do I will move them to the living room as my receiver's second zone speakers, and B15's will be ordered for rears.

I Auditioned The B&w's 805's, Paradigm Studio 20's And The Wharfedale Evo 2 10's After Going Back And Fourth, I Finnaly Choose The Wharfedales Evo2 10's. And Could Not Be Happier. I Read All The Reviews, And Comments, It Came Down To What I Thought Sounded Best. Not What Other People Thought Was Good. Make Sure You Hear What Stlye Of Music (jazz, Rock, )etc.. You Like Best On The Speakers. And Sample Of Movies Sound Tracks. Then Go With Your Gut. Any Of The Speakers You Mentioned Are Very Strong.

Finally heard the B25's as mains...Will not use them as rears, they will be in the living room connected to a tube amp, and will be used for music. These are too nice speakers to use as rears in my living room.

Obviously they have flaws, like any other speaker in this price range, or even at a higher price, but these are minor and can only be improved by getting speakers that cost more than twice the B25 price. Wonderful soundstage, crisp sound, detailed mids...Doubt there is anything better at $300.00/pr.

Anyways, what did the OP finally buy, and what is his impression????

Check with Saturday, they have unbelievable pricing on NAD. I just bought a C315BEE amp from them, for my B25's, and they were $75.00 under the very best price on the net.

Your B15's will take a different sound after some 10 hours + of break in. The boominess will go away. Even though, you mentioned that with tweeking settings has gone away.
