Took these with my cell phone so sorry for the lack of clarity (though it's still not bad). He's a neurosurgeon.

Isn't it nice to know that your last appointment probably covered the rim on his front left wheel??? :D

I live in a really technological area. NASA is in Huntsville, Adtran is there... Boeing, Red Stone Arsenal, Teledyne Brown, many many more. I think we have the 2nd largest Technological Park in the US. A lot of money here. Even still, I've only seen 2 Aston Martins and this is the 2nd.

I did spot a sweeeeeeeeeeet black Bentley Continental GT one afternoon walking in the downtown district. $3 mil + homes. Insane.

Down here most of the "physical therapy" clinics that cater to the medicare/aid crowd are run by hucksters, their car of choice the Bentley Continental GT followed by the Maserati Quattroporte.

When i went to fix my Honda, i had to go to a Maserati's dealer..I am glad, at least the ding protection co works for that dealer. They fix my car good..:D:D...But my car in the middle of the Maseratis...i feel soo small..hahaha..

If i had the extra money, i'd still get a Honda...an NSX for sure..

NSX's (pre-owned) can be had pretty cheap if you look around Miami, the car never made it big down here, it was considered a "Honda" by the snobs/cowboys, so if you look around you see some pristine samples for sale at good prices. DB 9s are a dime a dozen down here.

Having a cousin who owns a Ferrari and having driven and ridden in an NSX, I can comfortably say that the NSX doesn't have a prayer. Like Enzo Ferrari said, a Ferrari isn't a car it's a way of life. NSX just means you didn't have enough money for a Ferrari. However, at the end of the day, a $20 atomic wrist watch tells time just as well if not better than a Rolex. My next car is going to be one of those older Fiat convertibles that I want to restore. What a fun car!

Nice. Some of the nicest looking cars. The new Jags have a very similar look to them too (same designer right?) and the first time I saw one on the road I thought "Aston Martin?" until I saw the emblems.

The two coolest cars I've seen on the road recently were a Vanquish and a M12 Noble!! Didn't get pics of either though :( The Vanquish was near an exclusive area, where I used to work. A lot of prominent sports figures live up there so there are a lot of nice cars coming down the one primary access road. The M12 was in town and I didn't even know what it was at first because I had never seen one before :)

I do have pics of the GT3RS though (phone camera also)....

I've done many double-takes on the XK-8 (Jag you're talking about) to make sure it wasn't an AM. They look similar from across the interstate. ;)

Everytime i go over to get my car serviced at Jaguar/Aston Martin i look at the AM DB9 and Jaguar XKR drooling. They try selling me one everytime and i just ask them if someone else is going to pay for it.:D The DB9 optioned well is $139,880 and the XKR is $109,111 at that dealership. They are both amazing looking/sounding machines. Now only if i can tell you how they drive i will be happy. The salesman told me that they sell around 50 of them a year and all but one or two are paid for with cash or a personal check:eek:

Two years ago, we vacationed in Sanibel,FL. and rented a Jaguar XK convertible.
The Hertz woman told me it was an 80K car.
What a disappointment. I had to bend my head sideways while I drove, because my head hit the ceiling. I'm only six ft. tall.
The rear view mirror was directly in my line of sight.
I had to contort my right leg around the transmission hump to attempt to reach the gas pedal.
Those problems are just too basic for an 80K car to have.

There is a very good body shop next door to in the complex where I work. They work on a lot of hi-end cars. One day I notice A BRAND NEW DB9 Volante with a big scrape down the passenger side rocker panel. So I ask why did they bring it here and not to the dealer. Seems that her husband bought the car for her then SHE scraped it in a parking lot and didn't want HIM to find out.

I wonder what he drives???

I'm quite sure the dealer would show discretion when dealing with these sorts of things. They're quite used to these types of situations.

You are in FL i suppose. They have the nicest cars in the country. I might look there once my budget allows me to.

I will leave the debate to Sheep who can tell you the details but comparing an $80K (even a whole lot less than that for used) car to $100K plus car is a bit off, isn't it? I don't wish to drive in a Ferrari anyway. Each has their own preference and I wish you luck on the Fiat...:D

Oh no you didn't...

If you have the time you should really watch the "Type R Legend" Video(google). The first part is for the older NSX-R.

The NSX doesn't have great straight line speed, but it will destroy anything in corners. It has one of the fastest corner entry and exist speeds of any car in it's class.
